Proposed Re-Development of Spring Mill

Pearl Together – a joint venture between Together Housing, Barnfield Construction and Pendle Borough Council – seek your views and comments on their proposed re-development of the Spring Mill site.

A number of short public consultation presentations will take place at Earby Town Council, Parish Rooms, Victoria Road, Earby on Wednesday 15th September 2021 between 4pm and 7pm. Attendees will be invited into the ground floor meeting room in small groups, where they will be able to see the plans for the site, hear an input from the development team and be able to ask questions and leave written feedback. Please wait outside the building in the car park until you are invited inside. A one-way system will be in operation with attendees exiting into the bus station.
