Earby Masterplan Published
Pendle Borough Council have published their town centre Masterplan for Earby - a long-term project to guide future regeneration in Earby.

The Masterplan is intended to create a vision for Earby town centre for the next 10 to 15 years. Having a Masterplan means that the town has a clear set of priorities and means that it is quicker and easier to access funding when it becomes available in the future.
The plan focuses on:
- employment opportunities
- the retail offer
- leisure opportunities
- housing
- healthcare
- community facilities
