Earby Town Council owns and manages two undesignated car parks at Victoria Road by the Council Offices and on Cemetery Road by the Croquet Club. Both sites provide short term parking, free of charge for roadworthy vehicles under 2 metres in height.

Please see the attached policy in relation to the access and use of our car parks. Our aim is to provide a convenient, attractive and safe environment for residents and visitors to temporarily park their vehicles.
The Town Council derives no income from this land, indeed public funds are used to repair and maintain the sites, pay business rates and deal with fly tipping and abandoned vehicles being stored there. It is therefore in the interest of all users that such anti-social behaviour is not tolerated and is reported, in confidence, to the Town Council for action to be taken under appropriate legislation.
Should you observe fly tipping, unroadworthy vehicles being unloaded or abandoned, or other anti-social behaviour please consider contacting Lancashire Constabulary to report crime in action or alternatively contact us on 01282 844 965 or 07458 095 374 and leave a message if out of hours.
